Just curious about when 2014 hsc ranks for schools are released. Are they calculated by bos?

BOSTES doesn't issue any form of ranks.

The SMH, Telegraph and other sources use the lists of Band 6s or E4s to calculate a table of ranks but they aren't anything official.
