I'm interested in doing business/science at UTS since it would broaden my employment chance since i'm just not limited to the commerce industry but i can also enter the science industry. However from what i see from doing physics and senior science (lol) i'm not that good at science when i only got 69 (wtf) in physics and 84 in senior science and at the same time i'm not that interested in both subjects even though there are times in class where i am intrigued. I'm not even sure what science major i want to do.

Should i just stick with UTS b business or try out UTS b science/business?

If you don't like science, then doing a business/science degree does NOT broaden your employment opportunities. Why? Because it would broaden the opportunities into the science-y stuff, which you won't try and get a job in since you don't like science, and so you're left with just business related jobs. It would have been cheaper for you had you done a straight business degree and you could have also saved time. Not only that, but if you're not that good at science then it will hurt your marks.

HOWEVER, uni is not the same as high school. You may like uni science and do pretty well in it. So I guess my advice would be to try out science/business and see how your first year (or semester) goes. If you like it and are doing well enough for your standards, then you can keep it. If not, you can just drop science.

Are there any requirements for dropping science and doing only business if i don't like the science?

Keep in mind that a B Sci covers many majors which are not really touched in high school. There's a wealth of choice when choosing an area to specialise in.
