How important are my externals? (1 Viewer)

So, my trials are over and I'm kinda feeling bummed that I didn't do as well as I wanted to.
However, I'm really keen for the time I have to refresh and re-prepare for the next 2 months for upcoming externals.

If i do smash them, which I'm looking to do, how will they affect me mark wise. (Was sitting on a 93-94 estimate pre-trials but I'm certain some of my better ranks have/will dropped)

They are 100% of the 50% of your HSC mark.

So they are pretty important. Has more impact than Trials I believe

much more impact, trials are usually 40% max and it's your internal rank that is much more important than your score in determining atar

Your cohorts externals dictate how your assessment marks will be moderated.

Make sure the lowest marks in your cohort are high in the external so you wont get dragged down
