Wait I understand it now. C1 is the first term, C2 is the 2nd term of the summation
Actually I still dont quite get how they get C0=1
You should probably have a proper read of the theory before you go onto doing some questions especially for a topic like binomial and perhaps start off at the beginning of the topic to get a better understanding of how binomial relates to Pascal's Triangle

Have got a bit of confusion on part (c)



My thinking is you have to expand the terms next to the summation then substitute what they did in parts a) and b) . Is that something we should remember in this course the binomial expansion of (1+x)^n =C0 +C1X+C2X^2+C3 X^3+......CN X^N?

Have been watching a few clips on Youtube from Eddie Woo. To be fair, he has explained it better than the textbooks I have read so far from Terry Lee, Grove, Fitzpatrick and Hosri.

Think this is a topic where you need someone to explain it to you step by step.

True or False Question.

For a cyclic quadrilateral to be true, all four corners of the quadrilateral must be touching the circles.

By definition a cyclic quadrilateral is a quadrilateral whose four vertices all lie on a circle.

That wording is pretty meaningless. A statement is true or false, not an object.

You mean "for a quadrilateral to be cyclic".

And "corners" is not a mathematical word. You mean "vertices".

And what is THE circle?

Tangents are drawn from the ends of a focal chord on the parabola at points and . Find the locus of the intersection of these tangents.
