Is the Dotpoint HSC Biology Book - by Kerri Humphries, any good?

I have only done a few pages of it and was wondering if it was worth spending some time answering the questions in there.

There are only like 7 weeks until the HSC starts so should I spend a few hours going through the dot points book

Go through the past papers, the Dotpoint questions are basically asking you to dump all the information you have memorised.
