I'm not sure whether you can REMOVE a course but I know you can move the preferences up and down because the main round begins at January while you receive your results on Dec 16/17

Pretty sure you can change them, it would be pretty shitty if you don't get accepted into any of your 9 preferences.

Yep.

I need some clarification though, I've heard if you submit them now before the 30th and pay the fee, you can change them as much as you want with no extra fees after the 30th. Is this correct? Or do you still have to pay the 'processing fee' if you're moving up and down.

OR do you only pay the processing fee if you are ADDING or REMOVING courses?? That would make sense.

The processing fee is a one-time payment, I am pretty sure you can change your preferences (up and down, unsure if u can remove or add) before the main rounds.
