She found out in two months time that there would be a "little her". However, it turns out that she was pregnant with twins!

As a couple, at face value, they seemed completely normal. However upon closer observation, you'll notice that they are rather random; always doing things unexpectedly.

They were happy, and together they were always one.

$This is the rest of my interpretation (explanations of the maths at the bottom). Starting off from Picture number (7) (not sure what (8) means really; not sure about (11) either).$

$At the present their lives were independent (7) of each other, but they knew they could not remain like this. Bob approached Alice. Alice approached Bob (9). The found they completed each other as together they covered all possible traits in the world (10) where just one of them did not. They knew love was complex (12), but they also knew that marriage was the only way forward, and they completed their union (13) later that month. They realised their crossing (14) of paths really was a fine transformation (15) for both of their lives.$

$It was in the $k^{\text{th}}$ moment (17) of their lives that they stumbled across the joyous realisation that they were going to have twins (16). As they reflected on their time together at the end of the day, they observed that together, they were truly one. (18)$

15 I'm guessing is something to do with binary search trees and the two leaves being children of a parent node, which makes more sense than anything graph theory

or maybe it's like a Hasse diagram
