According to Myfinesspal I was 6% over for carbs on that day.

Basically. I am not quite as strict as I used to be (e.g. could eat gravy, jelly, marshmallows etc now) although I generally don't eat meat and haven't in about 10 years or so now. I think the last time I tried it was about a year ago. I can count on my fingers the number of times I have tried it (a mouthful etc) in the last 10 years.

Yesterday [bad]
Breakfast: Blueberry yoghurt
Lunch: 2 x potato scallops
Dinner: KFC chips, KFC dinner roll
Snacks:

Today
Lunch: 2 x slices of bread with peanut butter
Dinner: 4 x Spinach & ricotta mini triangles, tomato sauce
Snacks: Raspberries, peas, popcorn

I did resist the urge to get drunk tonight though.

Why don't you have breakfast most of the time? If not, always?
I don't normally have time on weekdays and if I need to eat something it is normally a spoonful of yoghurt in a hurry as I am leaving. Sometimes on the weekend I don't feel like breakfast (e.g. today). I might have weetbix tomorrow morning though.

The foods I used to eat were much more unhealthy though.
