post vid pls
im afraid people will not believe im natural :(

Lol funny, I've lost too much size tbh

back in the day I used to be rly solid, 75kg + and it wasn't fat lol

then I got into cycling a lot, sooo catabolic, lost basically 15kg in like 7 months, bcos I would be burning off heaps and no matter how much I would try to eat, I was always in a deficit

then every1 was like "bruh you look like u weigh 100 pounds, u look like you've come out of a concentration camp" etc so I deliberately put on weight with mass gainer shakes and here I am

being thin vs being bigger whilst lean: girls for some reason find you more attractive when you're just slim which came to my surprise tbh

I find too many guys go into the gym, eat a fuck tonne of food and end up just getting fat and saying that it's just muscle, but no, it's rly just fat lol. Just don't gain weight too fast, and don't lose it fast either (directed at someone who needs to lose fat).

hence the idea of a clean bulk
going on big cycles of cutting and bulking ends up way too extreme
like in most things, patience is a virtue
bulk first to have muscle
cut down to just muscle
slowly bulk to being big

I don't think I care about bodybuilding anymore in terms of shaping my physique in a particular way. I'll do it for the endorphin release but I'm not really that interested in getting big again, maybe just 70kg while still keeping my abs, but I still want that slim shrink-wrap look overall, don't really care for size.

Fair enough

Everyone has their own goals, that's why we do this :)

Not many people account for the calories they lose during a workout, you should always tailor your calories to the particular workouts you like to participate in, hence the calculation of your TDEE, then of course, the preferential caloric surplus/deficit. To be completely honest with you, the fact that you lost 15 kg in 7 months unintentionally is ludicrous. When it comes to fitness it all boils down to precision and experimentation.
