Lol tbh physically i cant tell difference. I mean lankans tend to be a lot darker so thats one giveaway. I can immediately by their last name, lankans have essays for a last name. Paki last names kind of sound arabic.
Also i can tell when they speak as well. The dialects are very different from one another
