The subjects I have taken are
Advance English
Physics
Chemistry
Biology
Mathematics (2 Unit course)

I want to be an engineer and most good universities have a minimum cut off of 90. So do people generally get a 90+ ATAR without any extension. Of Course it is POSSIBLE but is it very probable ?

I take almost all non-extension subjects (I do history extension but I don't think it will count)

I think I will probably get a 90+ ATAR.

tbh you have a bigger issue than just getting 90+ ATAR

2U maths isn't really sufficient for engo - you'd have to do a bridging course or learn at least 3U by yourself

You're set up nicely for reaching a 90+ ATAR - just work hard and you'll achieve it :)
