School rank: 300-310s (as of last year, most years, were in the 200s)

Subjects:

Mathematics Advanced usually 60 people
Economics usually about 15
Legal Studies usually about 20
Chemistry usually about 20
Modern History usually 50 people
English Advanced usually about 75 people
Studies of Religion I usually about 25 people

What rank do I need for a 90 ATAR?

Has your school released any data on what ATARs its students received in recent years or median/top ATAR etc.? If so, you might be able to gauge roughly what sort of ranks you'd need based on that.

You aren't even in prelim yet lol
Yeah worrying about it earlier than usual is not gonna help you in anyway whatsoever.

You haven't even started Prelim let alone the HSC. Please don't get a head of yourself.

Your dedication so early is admirable but I feel I can offer no other advice than saying do the best that you absolutely can and thus get the absolute best ranks that you can.
