okay so I wasn't really sure where to post this so mind me for that.

What are the jobs of the future? OR any info about demand for the following fields: engineering, architecture, chartered accounting & other finance...
Thanks in advance.

It's because there are more types and fields for actuaries to move into and every company needs one to ensure their success for the future.

Don't worry about jobs in demand, don't let it shape your mindset. Focus on what you like doing, that's realistic and appropriate for the time being.

i heard it was slowly gettign out of demand :O
Thi. I was talking to one of my friends who is doing actuarial 3rd year atm and he said that it is slowly decreasing in demand. But the truth is, almost everything is due to more grads than jobs. This just doesn't apply to med grads really. In the recent actuarial cohort there was about 400 people I believe, which is quite a big increase compared to recent years

You can always change career paths.

This isn't like the old days where we had one job. Plus everyone doesn't even know what they'll really do until they hit 30.
