What does /64 mean ?

'/64' I'm pretty sure refers to the rank. If you're looking at UQ courses, there will be a rank next to the targeted OP, which is roughly what the OP translates to in ATAR. So for that course the minimum ATAR is 64.

SO, 16 IS OP and /64 is Atar
