Guys, I need help on paragraph structure for my assignment, its a report for a "company" that currently has bad publicity because a guy died from their product

One question is
"
Discuss possible ethical and/or social responsibilities of marketing that Powerful
Beverage Company may need to address.

"
^^^
How would I structure a paragraph for this
for example: one paragraph would be: Products that may damage health

btw
The strategies to fix current problems are in a separate paragraph

I'm desperate, my teacher is not helpful at all and she is not marking the assignment anyway

you could maybe talk about 'truth and accuracy in advertising' as there might have been some false statements due to concealed facts which could have not been suitable for the person. I am not sure tho, you might wanna ask someone else

As mentioned above, Truth, accuracy and good taste in advertising would be a good point to explore in the first paragraph. Within this paragraph, and in addition to the above, try to include the following:

Marketers are expected to engage in fair and honest behaviour when developing a marketing campaign. It is expected that when promotional material is distributed, this material represents information that is truthful, accurate and in good taste. Failure to do this may result in a breach of the Competition and Consumer Act.

It is evident that Powerful Beverage Company has failed to do so. It should've made consumers aware of any potential health risks associated with the consumption of its products. This would've lowered the chance of the initial incident occurring. While the concept of taste in advertising is debatable (an individual's perception of one advertisement may differ from that of another individual), promotions must include true and accurate information at all times.

Your second heading could be Products that may damage health. In this second paragraph, you can discuss restrictions applied to the provision of goods and services that may pose a health detriment to the consumer, and whether restrictions could/should be applied to this company's goods, since a customer died because of their product, as well as the nature of the restrictions.

One more thing, what about "describe a factor that will influence consumer choice when purchasing their drink" ?
eg. Psychological factor - perception
Thanks

Perception is a psychological factor which plays an important role as it influences a customer's decision to purchase a particular product:

Perception is the opinion that a customer has about a particular product. Different people may perceive the same product differently. Thus, it is important that businesses develop a marketing campaign that promotes a positive image of the product to consumers, one that consumers relate to and identify with.

It is clear from the scenario that the company's products do not have a positive image of the product, following the intial incident, which resulted in negative publicity for the business.
