from their website basically an accelerated maths class but take the best students out of that class and place them into a class called “specialist”
i think anyone from any level can try but i’m assuming the specialist class is mainly made up of students already in the accelerated math class

Depends. It's percentile so it depends on the marks of the other students as well. But generally that's good. Try aiming for 90% tho, that's a safer range

Guys does anyone know what the ngo and sons specialist classes are about?
yup i was gonna do it but i was too ceebs and stingy ab the $600 per term price. here's a rundown:
you have to sit a test and they determine if youre suitable enough. it's for kids who excel in maths & want to be pushed as far as possible. u finish the hsc course like 9 months early because in yr 10 u skip a bunch of topics n go straight to prelim calculus. my friends who do it have the specialist class on monday which is 3hrs, plus a regular mx1 class on thursdays to go over the topics that they skip during specialist class. so 2 lessons per week.
class is filled w selectives

But what's the point though. Is it to have one less subject to worry about in year 12, or why
