Try and re read your textbook or handouts. Use the past questions and come up with essay plans on paper.
If all else fails, go for a walk in the backyard or garden or lobby (depending on where you live). You'll at least feel refreshed.

fairly alright, I've almost got conflict and apartheid down.

Gotta revise the USA which is somewhat easy while the core, i just gotta watch a bunch of yt vids and I'm good
