jokes on you, I consider memorising 4 essays for hsc pretty content heavy
honestly, it isnt very much to memorise at all.
4 essays is like probs 12 pages, in comparison to other subject which can have 50-100 pages of notes to memorise.
I think English is very technical, meaning quality and precision is far more important, compared to other subjects which give you marks for any correct answer.

From what I have heard, Most of the History and Science Subjects are content heavy, But also PDHPE and Society and Culture

yeah but that depends on whether or not ppl memorize essays, so if u memorize an essay, its obvs seems heavy, but i don't think memorizing essays really works out cuz imo it just backfires on you as u'll just be focused on remembering ur pre-written essay in the exam and theres a high chance the said essay isn't going to answer the question and ive heard that markers usually can differentiate a memorized esssay from others. but again its just my opinion cuz i def can't remember a para, let alone four essays in the charged atmosphere of the exam hall:/
