do we have to know the function and be able to label a diagram on all parts of the ear, eye and kidney?? because i really can't be bothered to learn if unnecersary

Id say just the biotechnologies but in order to do so you would need to know about the lens or retina of the eye etc if you were to talk about curing eye disorders

thats an easy 7 marks for me
just name a disease and describe its effects - like the pathogen causing the leaves to wilt, roots to die out etc etc, and if you can't fill up that whole space it's easy to waffle with that sort of question - I did it in my trial and got full marks 🤩
hmm,
idk sometimes it requires detail for you to remember like reactive oxygen species, lignin and other parts of a plant which most people would find it hard to recall

Yh, I'm quite sure you need to know all those structures and functions bcoz they'r part of the syllabus, which means they could be asked in the exam

I can see if they directly test on the dotpoint about indigenous people and medicine and patents where you would be required to bring up a hypothetical case study on that
i can already see them doing that just cos they hate us
anyways if a q does pop up just talk about the mary kay case study if yall don't know it i'll grab my notes up in a sec
