so I did like an hour-hour an a half at my home gym. I don't recommend body weight as that's just trash talk when people say it works. Dubmbells over 10kg will get u the pump. And also consume protein powders that say 'bulk' on the tub I use Mushashi as they help send the proteins to the teared muscle site that u worked out and produce bigger muscles
