actually not that bad, a lot more doable than i thoughtHow did you go
for the legal people:
for option topics will they ever give us 2 contemporary issues? like can i get away with not preparing for contemporary issues for one of my options cos i hate global enviro protection contemporary
u can tell cos the BR and essay cover different topics. in the essay they gave us operations and finance so business report were marketing and HR. so you had to do marketing... but in one year a lot of people got confused so they were not penalised, might happen again but idkthatβs what Iβm confused abttt
Your keep your own HSC exam mark. Your Assessment Mark will be similar to an HSC exam mark that placed similar to your internal rank. Your overall HSC mark is determined by taking the average of the two marks. Whether it will be favourable will depend on your HSC exam performance as well as whether your lower internal rank will lead to a significantly lower Assessment Mark.What happens if Im internally ranked fairly low in a subject, but then i get like 90% in hsc. Obv i dont get that exam mark right, cause it would be given to someone ranked high. so does that mean if I'm ranked low, theres no comeback, cause even if i do well, I wont get awarded a good mark?
@jimmysmith560
So if I ranked 4th in business studies prior to hsc, and my raw mark was 70%, which ended up being the 5th rank mark, and the 4th rank mark was 82, would I get the 82%??Your keep your own HSC exam mark. the 82% would become your assessment mark and you would keep the 70%, this would then average out and make your total raw mark 76%So if I ranked 4th in business studies prior to hsc, and my raw mark was 70%, which ended up being the 5th rank mark, and the 4th rank mark was 82, would I get the 82%??
so does that then get scaled and aligned??the 82% would become your assessment mark and you would keep the 70%, this would then average out and make your total raw mark 76%
yea then that will get alignedso does that then get scaled and aligned??
what the difference???
what about being scaled, or was the scaling me going from 70 to 76yea then that will get aligned
no that's finding the average read the edited message its based on your cohort strength and will either push or lower your total markwhat about being scaled, or was the scaling me going from 70 to 76
so whats the difference between alignment and scalinggg??yea then that will get aligned
scaling would either bring your mark up or down slightly, depending on the cohort average
so whats the difference between alignment and scalinggg??
idk, I'm lostwait i dont get it so our hsc marks wont rven be ours whoevers ranked at that position gets our hsc mark?
well, my cohort of business is screwed thenscaling based on cohort, then marks get aligned based on subject difficulty
