for the crime essay, before going in i aimed for 3-4 paragraphs, stick with a minimum of 3! these paragraphs are just 3 topics. u can use a lot of evidence within these paragraphs but if u have too many topics and concepts then the reader finds it hard to follow what ur talking abt, u lose sight of the argument.
have three main points and u should be fine!
thank you so much!! <33

guys tips on memorsing idk where to begin
babe you need to stop procrastinating and just force yourself to start. look at what is the most marks and then do crime last since it's only 15 marks. i recommend closing all your tabs (including this one) and getting rid of all distractions and just lock in for the next 3 hours and go to sleep, wake up early and repeat. i wish you the best <3

if the question is on youth offenders? id steer away from using the same case but u could try to put the argument of age + children's court in one para

how many cases and stuff do u have for it
ngl I just started looking at it but so far im taking note of LEPRA 2002, youth justice conferences, circle sentencing, youth Koori courts, CROC.
for cases, R v JM 2011, JM committed crimes during his parole and was given a control order in the children's courts, however, since it was children's court, which have a focus on rehab, part of the control order was to undertake alcohol counselling
R v Milat 2012, was 17 (and actually related to Ivan milat I believe? great nephew) not delving into the details but was found guilty of murder, due to the seriousness he was imprisoned in an adult prison for a max of 43 years
despite children's courts supposed to be having a focus on rehabilitation (young offenders act 1997), 42% of young offenders reoffend within 5 years. CROC states arrest should only be used as a last Resort as it can be traumatic. due to the overuse of power of arrest, it could be suggested some children enter criminal justice system unnecessarily. 2/3 of children held in remand are eventually released at their trial as well (Acquitted)
