if everyone found the exam conditions of 2024 hard, regardless of the actual difficulty of the exam, then it was a relatively hard exam regardless. Apparently the marking criteria is supposed to be more lenient but idk what id get raw with it... too long ago to remember 😭 just praying that my mark aligns to a 90
Lol? They don't make a marking criteria more lenient following an exam. They developed it before. Plus I don't see anything lenient with it? It's the same as every year, awarding atleast one mark for most things.

Bro wtf? at least our breakfast/lunch thing is in the afternoon. Last thing I would want is to reveal my atar with a bunch of teachers hovering over my shoulder.

do u think ur in the 70s or 80s?
when i used the unofficial solutions, roughly in the 74-78 range.. so if we go off the raw marks database and the relative difficulty of previous exams I'm basically between a b5 and b6 :( i'm gonna be FURIOUS if I get like an 89. but knowing my luck that's prob what i will get fboewifhiwhfw

yeah my bad, I just saw people here talking about that so I assumed they were right. sorta pointless to make it more "lenient" anyway because what would be the point of alignment lol

We cannot change preferences until the 24th...
I saw that on UAC, very weird. Surely we can change it on the 18 December then its locked again until the 23 (at least that's what the website says). Maybe a glitch?

What the fuck is an ATAR breakfast/lunch?

And BTW once you get your HSC results, you should already have a good idea of the ATAR. Just put it into the UAC calculator - it’s the most accurate and was recently updated to include 2024 HSC data. There should be no shocks when you see your real ATAR.

I input someone else's 2023 hsc results and it gave the exact atar they got. I think its 2023 data still

at our school all it is is a little sausage sizzle and whatever, where most of the year 12 teachers are there to just discuss with each other and whatever students decide to show up. it’s basically just talking about your results with your teachers and friends while also being a mini celebration and chance to talk about what you’re doing now that you’re done
