I just wanted to find out if anyone knows if you theoretically got full b6/e4 in all courses, but did some accelerated courses the previous year, whether you'd still qualify for an all rounders award in your graduating year?

Yes u do. A lot of people from my school got all rounders and did accelerated courses in the previous year
