ummmmm with the bar means 35kgs, kinda measly but i do 12 reps so.Idk bench isnt my strong point,suprisingly my legs are my strong point

Well... they'd rather me do silly workouts at home and pilates cause i don't need to 'look muscular' lmao- but they're also like- what are you gonna do there and allat- I think they're worried about the fact that i'm a female and in a gym cause they're scared like that even though i said that my dad should come with me. I also think they're stressed i'm going to hurt my back- but the thing is to NOT hurt my back, i need to gain muscle and core strength... so i think that's funny
