Can a school's ranking go up systematically? (1 Viewer)

my school's rank is lower than 150, however in the recent years it's gotten between 20-30 B6s.
but i would like to know, how is the rank of the school determined (pls be extra detailed and super specific)? and is there any method that I, or my cohort, can do in 2027 to get my school's ranking up (obv i dont know the ranking we'll get this yr and next year but im predicting it will just be around the same range)

its based on number of band 6, which does change a lot in public schools
