i dont do physics or chemistry but for business i reccommend actively rereading and adding to syllabus notes and trying to look at past papers from ur school
the key to business is kinda just syllabus memorisation

Chemistry is kind of mainly knowing your formulas and summarised content.
Practice questions are EVERYTHING. even if they're not calculations questions and theory, you'll need them both.
Go onto THSC or something and go thru some prelim papers.

For Physics and Chemistry - first really understand what you just learned (precisely), then practice as many questions as possible - keeping in mind whatever mistakes you make.

Eat lots of bread, like big rolls which you can put meat and veggies on . That’s what I do and it helps

Do you drink enough water?

Some people just have very fast metabolisms, so that might also be why.

These are some good ideas! I’d love to get my hands on all those new protein shakes but I just can’t justify spending 4.50 on a drink (but they seem to be about 400-500 ml’s which is the same price as a small coffee but the capacity of a medium)
