Genius .. theres a doco floating around youtube on him, worth a watch if you're not familiar with why he was the way he was. The sounds wouldn't be out of place today, he had some amazing pieces for his time.

^ Yep, play them both man. I have a strat and love it to bits, can get a new sound out of it every time I pick it up, but it's not for everyone you know. I'm hoping you have a decent amp worthy of those guitars too :)

Hey all, An ex-mac friend was telling me on Fridays they used to have a few hours worth of musicians playing acoustic stuff at the bar, is that still going on? If so anyone know how long they play for? Cheers

ahhh excellent was looking for a page like that on the mac site, cheers .. I'll look into doing a MUS subject then I think.

Does anyone know whether Mac has an on-site music studio of sorts (Logic/Mixing Desk etc..) that is available for students to work/experiment in? If so is it only available for MUS students or can it be booked by any student? Cheers
