I dont understand where to find a list of electives on the Usyd website. I will be in my first year, so does that mean i can only chose "junior" subjects from other majors, even though I wont be majoring in that subject? Where the f**k are the electives dammit it only talks about majors. Btw...
Those of you doing either B Commerce or B Economics, what electives are you doing and why? And is it more for interest, ease, job prospects etc.?
(Obviously I have no idea what electives im going to choose)
Should I do B Business at UTS or Applied Finance/Economics double degree at Macquarie if I want to get into something like investment banking?
Also how 'sociable' is UTS or Macquarie? It is probably a stupid reason to choose a course but I dont want to be stuck in a class with hell nerdy freaks...

I had the same thesis as you, benefitial, but not essential. Was the most perfect question I could have had as it matched my texts perfectly. I wrtoe 1 and a half booklets :D

I'd say high 70's - really depends on ur hsc result. I do similar subjects to you (Adv eng, 2u math, mod his, business, eco and french) and im aiming for 85. Good luck mate
