still no call from pwc..
its been 15 days.. i emailed and they sed i was still being considered and id hear back on tues (hopefully)
other ppl got rejected by them a week ago
and the offers thing was tonite apparently?
I agree. Business is business, i was just offering a perspective. Also i wasn't referring to people who hadn't made their mind up, only people who had.
the annoying thing is, and this is obviously coming from a person who has received 0 offers, that people know which firm they will accept yet they reject other offers at the last opportunity...
if it were me... and its easy to say because its not me... but i would have rejected kpmg straight...
may seem like a silly question but does the offers night officially mark the end of recruiting
because it seems that a lot of people will still reject pwc's offer leaving them short of the number of positions that they originally intended to recruit?
ok well that sucks
and by the way i did do the online test / assessment centre / interview
someone told me if u dont get a call back within a few days it may be a good thing because they havent yet rejected you... either way its probably not a good thing in the end
wait... so why did pwc call you... just to say that you havent been rejected or accepted... yet..
cos i haven't received a call nor a letter or anything from them yet.. does that mean im in the same position as you or not
does anyone know how they deal with people who have not qualified
i.e. by phone or mail?
I'm feeling pretty nervous at the moment because I went for pwc on wednesday but have not yet heard anything and I wanted that job so so badly
ok thanks
ive heard stories about the graduate process (not vacation)... pkf, mcgrath nicoll etc not calling unsuccessful interviewees... oh well.. the waiting game
quick question..
do all of the big 4 notify when they reject you... i did an interview last week with kpmg but havent heard back... i dont think i will get the offer... but im just wondering if they will call me one way or the other or if they only call people who are receiving an offer..
