Does anyone know much about the CFA course? in particular about its difficulty level and how useful it would be in getting a good job?

Whats the deal with this subject? There is no set text book, no lecture slides, no tutorials and no ilectures. The only way to get information is from taking notes in lectures, which means if you miss a lecture or you cant write fast enough, your screwed. Has anyone done this subject in...

it was a pretty tough exam someone told me the failure rate for this subject is 40%....does anyone know if thats true?

hey i was just wondering for econ 111 what chapters do we need to know up to for the final exam? and also yesterday the lecturer mentioned something about us not having to do the last topic cause we are running out of time - what topic is that?

well in accg100 he would read out every lecture and everybody would copy down what he would say. i just though he would have done the same thing with accg101.

The lecture notes given this semester are crap. i was wondering if anyone had Alex Malley's notes from last year and if there was some way i could get a copy of them??

next semester i want to do 5 subjects (15 credit points) so i can finish my degree as early as possible but im only enrolled in 4 at the moment. What sort requirements do i need to meet to be able to do this becuase i know you need some sort of special permission and how do i go about changing...
