What would be a good thesis statement for this. And the three key points discussed are, militarism, imperialism and nationalism. Do i include them in the topic sentence, or define the terms, to introduce key ideas.

my friend has an offer at UWS and UTS hes accepted both courses rightnow. since ipad collect days are coming up can he collect an ipad then unenroll from UWS. to unenrol you just need to unenrol yourself from the units ur offer will be gone when u start uni....

haha, i meant completely start a new course, throwing away my first course... if you get me :S my overall question is if can i transfer whenever, or is there a deadline that i might have to try for postgrad med? :)
