1/4 chicken, salad (tasted shit didn't eat it all)

Breakfast: bowl of milk (250ml), oats, 1scoop of protein powder, handfull of sultanas.
Lunch: large double quarter pounder meal with choc thickshake as drink, a chicken and cheese burger.
Napped, missed dinner.

dinner: same but also with eggplant and capsicum, 2 eggs, big glass of mixed fruit juice.

late breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled, 2 slices toast, 500ml milk with milo and coffee.
dinner 1: plate full of rice, beef mince and capsicum, glass of mixed fruit juice.
dinner 2: same thing but with 500ml milk and 2 scoops (~80g) protein powder.
