Yeah im not really sure wats going on (i thought i had enrolled for them but now because its red maybe it didn't work???).
But i enrolled in math and physics for first semester. The timetable posted before is for second semester.
My timetable only has 1 permitted clash even though if you view the class timetable it has 1 red block which isn't clashing with anything.
Ill just skip the 1 hr phys lecture every week and attend the 3 hr vis one.
Its just the only logical way of doing it as 4unit maths must count for 4 units thus 2u for 3u and 2u for 4u is best system. As requiring 4u students to do the 2u exam (another 3hr exam) is stupid. Like i said before the majority of 4u students would rip 2u hence being a waste of time as it...
ok 3-unit ppl stop having a cry about 3u counting for 2 units if u do 4-unit. If u do 3-unit for the majority of ppl their 2unit mark shud be much higher than 3 unit mark thus being better for ur UAI than if ur 3u mark was double (see my earlier post).
Only ppl who stuffed up their 2unit...
o srry man. Step back.
stop spamming and hijacking the thread. Try and stay on topic.
I think the current system now where 4u students don't have to do 2u is good.
the hell? wtf r u on about. I'm the gangmaster, u can't talk to me like that.
This guy looks like he's on drugs or something. Really bitter about his 69.3 UAI.
From the UNSW optometry page http://www.optom.unsw.edu.au/future/undergraduate/ugfaq.html
Q. If I don't get the UAI required, is there any other way of getting into the program?
A. You can apply to transfer into the BOptom BSc:
* A limited number of CSP and DFEE internal transfer...
UNSW is the only uni in NSW which offers optom. I believe QLD, Tas, and Melb unis also offer optom. I was willing to fee-pay for the first year and try to transfer into HECS afterwards but I know someone who tried to do that and is now in third year with a distinction average and is still being...
wow nice estimates guys. I know this person in RL cuz i goto the same school and he got 69.3. So it just goes to show these guys really don't know much.
nah kidding he actually got 99.25
as if u would get 90 in 3u and not get something around that in 2u. If u didn't get 93 in 2u and got lower (still band 6 tho) ur UAI would not be that much lower (around .1 or .2).
