is anyone else getting a burning pain from writing to much? im afraid of pushing myself to hard and making it worse during the hsc but also like?? i need to practice?? any tips?

i do eliot and i think the best approach is to go with the question - some questions lend themselves better to a "journey" so 3 poems like prufrock-> hollow -> magi if the question is smth generic like how does he portray a bleak world etc 2 poems would be good with a 3rd synthesis para that...

i think i spend up to 5-7 min try to write a thesis/think of how to adapt my essay to the question... which is too slow and im trying to practice by doing timed scaffolds (thesis, topic sentences) idk if its workinh though
