i have noticed we are posting more as HSC gets closer lol. im wasting so much time now that I have memmed all my essays cos I don't know how to spend my time hahaha.
body is 820 words. My conclusion in the exam will be 1 or 2 lines
Intro around a 100 words
all up I should do it under 1000 words (considering my ugly + slow handwriting - its the only way lol)
but for Caesar (love it) Prolly write a bit more.
mod B- 800/900 words
but really, everything depends on the question
e.g. for FKI concentrate on 2 ideasL (just humanity and science crap- so I get in depth and analysis happening)
so if the question asks for nature, I will use my back up quotes and make up 2 paragraphs (around 3oo words) and then mould the rest as a "consequence" of nature while integrating it throughout (and cutting out a few sentences)
But yeah, english will no doubt eff my atar so hoping for around 87-90 in it.
btw, imagine they troll and specify a question of women's role in both test looool. ave raw will prolly be 6/20
yeahh, i was thinking about the case study, I think it will pop up this year (hope not- and hope no labour - although i think it will pop up aswell).
Well yday for the first time I tried a few eco essay plans. Ahh, should ev started have before, it sort of ensures you don't waffle on or whatever.
for stats, i try integrate them into my notes etc rather than having a few sheets on them so its easy to recall. (except global economy and case study)
But I need a few more days to feel ready..
Just hoping the belonging essay/creative doesn't eff me tbh

in my eyes if I do get 99.9 then it would be a fucking stupid decision by USyd to not offer me a scholarship (which will be the 6k merit) so yeh basically im just assuming either way I'll be going to USyd because I should get the merit in either case.
but im not going to get 99.9 anyway lol.
yeh im pretty sure there is a lunch held, that is one of my motivations to get it haha just because i wanna see what they are all like.

haha shit. they can have 1st and 2nd ill take 3rd but like thats what I thought when I came out of my physics and I got 97, I was like piss off he marked way too easy, and I think he may have on the extended responses, but then I saw the average was 52% and I was like well maybe not, I dunno.
Considering our schools performance though lol. in 2009 my bro came 1st in chem and second in phys, 89 in both...
but on the flip side i was talking to teacher about a physics ranker in 2010 who didn't even know he had his physics exam until his mum got him up that morning hahahah! and he said he thought he had fucked the exam and ended up coming 4th in the state. legit freak but the coolest guy haha, and he always used to mock me about getting HD's in maths tests lol and he gets that.
I was thinking about the sciences though, and how everyone is saying like 90+ is state rank. i was like, well say I get 20/20 for MC and full marks for calculations which are like 10 marks, then thats only
60/70 for the written part of the paper, which will obviously be hard but i don't see it as impossible.
yeh lol basically i've been working out like floor marks and ceiling marks for my subs and putting them in etc haha.
What i do is put in my lowest conceivable mark for english (like 88-89) and then work out what i need to get in the rest of my subs to compensate to get a .95.
And then i bump the english mark up by 1 and redo and continue until my englishh mark tops out at like 93.
good times, good times lol. and yeh basically im trying to just write out my essay and short story 3 times each a day and I say that constitutes my english study.
omg maths is going to be extremely fun. I'm kinda sad that 4u is before 3u though, because I want 3u to pump me up for 4u. What raw will you be happy with for 4u? ive kinda decided that i wanna get 90+/100, because that leaves about 5 marks lost on q6 and 5 marks on the rest of the paper.
totally terrible. I am srs only getting like 3-4hr done atm because of english. Still no eco study lol, thats dead and buried (hopefully I might scrape a 90 by cramming night before). I'm really just down to the point where I have to memorise and adapt so I'm not too stressed, I'll leave the stress for the exam.
My creative takes only 30 mins to write out which im pretty happy with for 900 words and that will give me a little extra time for the essay especially if its double additional.
I can't get any study done on other subjects atm just because of english, its quite terrible. And whenever I get bored I got on atar calculator lol.
