Definitely accept your first offer. Also, yes try for a later-round offer (accepting this offer will NOT prevent you from receiving subsequent offers). Now i suggest you do exactly what you stated - enter into Arts then transfer into Commerce. The requirments are here...

    Help Please

You definitely choose a major for science, and as for what engineering you do i suppose you would have to choose - ask the Department fo Physics and Engineering to confirm. This might help: Bachelor of Engineering with the degree of Bachelor of Science - 2010 Course Handbook - Macquarie...

    Gravitational Potential Energy

They are the same. Here is an example that might help: |5-3|=|3-5|=2.

    Gravitational Potential Energy

so you know GPE1 - GPE @ surface and GPE2 - GPE @ fixed distance. we know GPE = -GMm/r ---> the only thing that changes from GPE1 and GPE2 is the value 'r' takes. so: GPE1=-GMm/r1 GPE2=-GMm/(r1+d) so we know GPE1/GPE2 = (r1+d)/r1 [so in essence we know r1 now [we were given d...

    Registering in classes

I didn't have any trouble with enrollment at midnight. But i guess Registering in Classes will draw a lot more people in at midnight. At least eStudent looks a lot better now than a year ago :p

the use of the slingshot effect in the Voyager space shuttle program

From my (limited HSC) knowledge, passing in front of a planet's path causes the space probe to slow down, while passing behind the planet's path causes it to speed up. Hopefully Kwayera will be able to correct this/elaborate.

    Registering in classes

Enrolment began on midnight this year - so i would expect Registering in classes to do so as well. Also, other users on this forum have stated past experience suggests midnight as well.

    Need Help with Dot point

^^True. Coupled with ethical questions about whether we should use biomass for the petrochemical industry when there are people starving in the world, and this could cause competition between food crops on viable land.

    Need Help with Dot point

Exacty - this part of the dot points wants you to understand that it has huge potential as a raw material - it can be broken down into (eventually) ethylene, from which many useful products are made from - and what makes it ideal is that cellulose is a renewable resource.

    Math123 v Econ131

Okay, thats fine. The reason i asked is because if you look here under NCCW(s) - which stads for 'Not to Count for Credit With' - which means if you have completed any units/requirements under this section, you undertaking MATH123 would not count those 3 credit points towards your degree, so it...
