When to start remembering essays for trials?

HAHA but when you do something enough times (i.e. edit your essays, write them out, etc) it sticks to your head

When to start remembering essays for trials?

lol i remembered 1k in 2 hours by just reading and speaking it out loud dont really recommend doing that but it worked for me for aos you probably have 2k words modules a, b, c has about 3k words so going by that its like 10 hours? definitely break that up though over the course of your...

    Information on the following subjects

tbh, just pick the subjects you like adv is very content intensive and if you're not going to put the effort in, don't expect great results. ext 1 english can be pretty intense for a 1 unit subject at times (especially leading up to assessments) but i found that i barely do anything for it...

    Poor performance in chemistry

What's your rank in MX2? I would say you need to get into the top 20% for a B6....right now, it isn't looking too likely. Do you know why you haven't been doing too well in assessments?

    State Rank vs Allrounder

you can't make an assumption that all tutor reliant people are dependent learners i go tutoring for some of my subjects and lots of the work i do is self-driven...like im not completely dependent on my tutors, they're just a source of help for me. not a source to sponge off. and some people...

Just another "Can I pull this off?" thread.

I have a feeling your chemistry mark may not be enough to compensate for your performance in maths? I think if you do really well (i.e. B6s) in all your other subjects, it can counteract your chem mark, which looks like it could drag your ATAR down. I think 89 is possible if your other marks...

General image of selective high schools?

general impression: azn but in all honesty, selective school kids are just like normal school kids. some might be more academically driven (school environment, parents, etc) but most of them are really nice and not as judgemental as perceived. ofc, there's always going to be elitists around...

How do you study for maths?

IDK its all up to personal preference I guess I find essay writing + creative subjects really challenging because everything needs to be "perfect" so my inner perfectionist is pretty much ruining my experiences with it haha I'm way less pedantic about maths...its like, as long as I can get it...

Using Ext 1 Core text as related text: possible?

It's not cheating, but its highly not recommended because to the markers, you appear lazy and they also know the texts so you can look like you have no idea what you're talking about if you say things wrong. I highly recommend NOT using any of the core texts for ADV or EXT. There's plenty of...

How do you study for maths?

me too! :D (and I do 4U as well!) There's nothing wrong with writing notes for maths, it's actually a good way to ensure your foundations are solidified.

How do you study for maths?

For topics I don't understand, I start from the textbook questions and work through the basics. Eventually, that helps build up my foundations and look at doing questions from trial papers, etc. But generally, I do HSC questions (by topic) and trial papers. For lack of motivation, just think...
