Basically 75 is actually quite a good mark people at my school are getting like 50% and thats considered an average mark. So i reckon u should stay with Advance maths - because ur marks arent that bad, it gets scaled way better than general and if u just put a bit more effort in youll do well

Well i personally go to an all boys private school (Kings) and i think its very good. Schools like mine offer students a variety of oppurtunities that arent available at other schools and this sort of helps build towards a balanced and varied education - which i think is way better than going to...
Chemistry's one of my fav subjects - becuase my teachers gives good notes and is decent at explaining the harder conecpts - but were a bit behind so these holidays im covering the basic of future topics so when he explains the harder stuff ill be ready cos he said we have to speed up
i swear i could kill Tim Riley - that orange book - is way too complex its ridiculous u read a paragraph and come out not knowing what has just been said - basically it is impossible to break it down into simple terms to understand and make notes

but i reckon if i can set out distinct goals e.g. Top 10 ranking in all my subjects then plan my time accordingly between Study, Sport and Fun - then hopefully ill be able to get my desired UAI and come out of the HSc experience...
Your ranks look alright
as long as you get english say into the top 15 even you should do alright, though i cant say what your UAI will be without any marks etc.
If you really want above 95 and u put the effort youll get it, keep orgainsed and study hard thats all i can really say

For me colour coding works the best - it looks organised and is easier to go thorugh afterwards and pik out the important info within your detailed notes
If your neat, hand writing out your notes is great option -
IN that you read the information - summarise - and write down
which i think helps...
