Never do FINS1613 in sem 2. Do it in sem 1 as its much more easier to score well and harder to fail

Academic writing requires substantial academic research. To write up a research assignment, there are lots of rules and techniques. If u do other subjects ahead of MGMT1001, you have the risk of getting rid of. (Lost 5% MARK2051 course mark without proper research) Some subjects don't require...

I go to every one of them, simply becausr if I were to go through the slides and textbooks without certain contents/goals (with questions) in my mind, I would waste myself more time

These courses don't. If u see there is 'essay' 'individual/group research project' 'report' under assessment items in the course outline, then that course has it

Its alright not to do MGMT1001 before you have those 'writing' subjects. But personally I lost 5/20 in my MARK2051 assignment w/o proper academic research.... I regretted so much

If u ever have any subject that requires ACADEMIC WRITING (essays etc.....)then do it ASAP otherwise lose huge marks if u dont know how to write academically properly

To better succeed in ur media courses, suggest u do MGMT1001 as it helps heaps with academic writing MARK1012 may help with media as well

U can do FINS1613 in 1st sem (difficulty of hell in sem 2)
