Don't use scaling as a reason to pick your subjects.
As long as you enjoy your subjects, that's probably the biggest factor.
Also do advanced, it aligns so much better.

I'm not sure that would work. I would look at documentaries for a good related text for Mod C. There's plenty of great ones out there that portray conflicting perspectives. If you need a place to start, Michael Moore produces some interesting ones :)
Your marks don't get scaled down based on the school you go to, it more or so depends on your cohort. Often, the lower ranked the school is (based on % of B6's), the weaker the cohorts for that particular year.
That means nothing.
What ATAR are you aiming for? If you're looking to boost it, I recommend pulling up all your subjects, especially maths, religion and English.
A good idea is to go through the subjects offered and eliminate the ones you definitely DON'T want to do. It will definitely narrow your scope and make the final 3-4 units easier to choose from. Ask yourself:
- Will I hate the rest of the year if I did this subject?
- Am I competent at any of...
if you're coming 1st internally, your chances of SR are comparatively higher than the rest of the state
if you can achieve about a 98 externally, thats about a SR in EA
