^i wuldnt say that using ur 'frees' is an excuse... it dpends how good u are at chem... but yes 10 is risky... u have to make sure u do well in evergything which can easily go wrong. If u are a motivated student and willing it shuldnt b too bad

^well i dunno about the SOR thing but i do agree that the english rubrics/syllabus is too vague. Eg the Mod C rubric explains that it is about TEXTUAL INTEGRITY, yet many questions imo are not related to that.... i think the board needs to eplain more clearly what they want from students.

i think i stuffed this up but i dont think platinum can be an electrode as it is inert... thus i sed fe2+ is anode and Pb is cathode... however due to my study of indus chem it may have been more likey for Fe3+ to undego redox bcoz it has a higher E valu... in that case it may have been Pb anode...

UOW is too far. very true... I havent fully made up my mind and this will depend on my results.. however upon a recent visit to both UNSW and UTS, once again UNSW gave me a very good impression. Im not saying that impression should cause one to decide on a uni to attend however...UTS...

i did very badly.... but imo the test wasnt too hard... the difference was that it had more abstract type questions earlier on.[does any1 agree??] eg i think that 5a was more of a Q6 type question[it was more doable than a q6 but] the last part of 4 was also a lil tricky....

the max math u need in chem is being able to rearrange an equation.... if u can do that u'll b fine... for phys u need to no 'harder' things like cos n sin rule imo.. chem is fun.. but yr11 chem is mucchh harder than yr12 chem so it may b initially overwellming
