im one of those people who dropped to general and got 80% in the first general test and also top 10% in my year

i say yes drop to general i have 38% for the first test and decided to drop to general straight away in the class i didnt feel motivated, i was bored, crap teacher, crap students when it came to general i was motivated, we had a fun teacher who could teach, mad students even though they muck...

is IPT similar to IST in yr9-10? do we learn more into depth of IST or do we learn some new topics and stuff? whats a similar subject to IST in yr9-10? can anyone gimme some info about IPT and business services ?

best to eat good look up complex carbs, simple carbs, protein on google about losing weight and stuff like that before exercising consume complex carbs and protein and then start working out you can do intervals which mean you do swimming for 20 mins rest, 20mins again rest and so on
