Overall it was an Okay exam. I didn't find it too difficult. sec1: 19-20 sec2: 35-40 sec3: 15,16 (5 pages) sec4: 18 (6.5 pages) Finally after having so much trouble in writing reports i think i did OK in this one:)

Hierarchical structure - power of authority from top to bottom. Bigger chain of command. Flat structure - involves "de-laying" of middle level management. ie Smaller chain of command, bigger span of control. hope it helps;)

I hate the sections 3 and 4.Multiple choice q's I'll probably get aroud 15/20. short answer will do alright. but those freaking long responses kill me.
