LOL forgot to mention at the law lecture. Some pissing retard randomly came in and screamed from the back door. Everyone was looking back and going wtf just happened Haha.
Oh man don't get me started on this issue. I've heard worst at other schools. But at the end of the day, HSC is not a test of intelligence, it is an exam to test how well people have studied and prepared.
This is a very good question. I thought that maybe practising for section 3 helped me a bit, but not substantially as this year's paper was very difficult. But yes to answer your question, prep course did help me to an extent, but for the money I spent, definitely not worth it. Trust me, a...
Haha it is the HSC at the end of the day. People are wanting to score as many marks as possible, as entry into uni for some courses are competitive. I think most people would leave honesty and ethics behind them for the HSC. My two cents :P
I advise you to reconsider your decision about taking umat prep courses. I was under the impression that paying these prep courses would extremely benefit me in a way that I was confident enough to smash the exam on the day. However, as I've learnt after the test, UMAT is an exam, no matter how...
I don't think so. The only thing they use your application is to use it as a base for them to ask you questions at the interview. Don't worry too much.
I got 86%. Good result for me cos I crammed the whole course the day before .. Only thing I was disappointed in were the MC questions. Lost marks that were easily obtainable.
Mate the point was today was to go and look around the uni, not go on a holiday vacation. And I don't know where you were, but students ambassadors were literally all over the place.
I think you coulda earned extra marks if you wrote a bit more and expanded on your answers. Some parts were just very vague. And usually for this type of questions, it is critical that you also link it with implications on society etc.
Was wonderful today. Met with some of the students and staffs and they were just great. And omg I love the usyd law building. Hope UNSW open day will be even better :P
