My school is ranked in the 500's and i got a UAI of 97.00 and our dux this year got 99.1 Going to a poor ranked school does not stop you getting a high UAI.

no tutor. UAI 97 I don't think you need one to get over 95.

The only "listening task" we did was to watch frontline and "listen to it" and then we had to do a task based on it... but yeah a few other schools have had to do an audio stimulus task in class

we had no study rooms no common room no nothing.... nothing special for seniors at all... except we were the only ones allowed to sit on the front lawn

I did Indonesian Continuers via Distance ed. With a language, while I did learn this way it would not be my favorite way of learning and unless you have someone to practice talking the language with regularly then the speaking can be very tricky. The workload is no greater or less than other...

One thing I've learned in life is that the people who won't hang around you based on who your other friends are, are not worth it. If they don't like you enough when they don't get exactly their own way well chances are.... they don't really like you that much. I had a similar situation this...
