Ouch... I feel your pain there. I lost all of my voice recorded notes and all my work for english when my laptop died. I had only had it for 4 months. Note to self: buy an external hard drive.

Ugh we've got all that technology at our school. It's completely pointless though because they just take us to the computer rooms and tell us what to research as previously said. Then the teachers whinge when we don't find the right stuff or when others get distracted by the pretty games...

In chemistry, we just finished the Haber process. In bio, we've completed Maintaining the Balance and are halfway through the 2nd topic.. we're so far behind and I'm really not happy about it. Soooo not fair.
