I had decided on doing biomedical science in uni (if I actually get the offer) but I only considered doing it cuz I'm better at doing biology and maths although I don't see myself being interested in it and enjoying some career out of it. So what do you reckon would happen if the person with the lowest rank internally in the cohort comes first/second/third in the externals (or beats the person who usually comes first)?

Just done my trials and I have completely failed them (<50%) Technically I was aiming for 90+ atar before realising that I'll possibly be getting 80. However, having done all my internal assessments, I feel like I'm just gonna get ~40 atar. These are my estimated results from my trials...

Let's say that I have one of the weakest marks in my school cohort, say around 50%. What would happen if I managed to get 90 in the HSC? Would that push up the marks for the whole cohort? Yeah, I don't even know what I just said =_=

Haha, I guess you could call it an Asian fail (in the case of my parents, a fail is <90) but it's more likely a fail less than 50%
