    Communication -- Journalism

I've been looking intot his course recently, and was wondering if anyone could help me out. I have no experience to speak of in the field, do I even stand a chance of getting in? Also, is it too late and change my prefs to have Comms as my 1st? Thanks for your help!

    Sydney

sorry mate, wasn't wuite sure how to spell it. And no, it isn't fair to plave the blame on him, but I quite frankly don't like him, he gives off all the signs of being a total wanker. I know you shouldn't judge people you don't know, but humans are very judgemental creatures. It's quiet easy...

    Sydney

Thorny, you are the moron here, you're doing nothing but stiring up shit. Your arguments have yet to be backed up, and thats just the few that made sense. I've lived in Sydney my entire life, but have family from rural NSW, some in towns others on properties. I absolutley love the bush, i'm...

    HARRY POTTER: Has anybody noticed....?

Good, the Yule Ball was pretty good part ;) I don't want any part cut out of the end of the triwizard tournement, with everyone in the hospital wing, I loved that bit. Or the Pensive Scenes, I want to see them in the court room. And if they cut of the continual plans for the joke shop Fred and...

    Aborigines.....

Let me tell you, you must be part of a local tribe or have connections to a tribe in order to recive abstudy. I myself am 1/4 aboriginal on my dads side, but i do not identify as an aboriginal because I've never really been associated with the community apart from my family, nor have I...

    HARRY POTTER: Has anybody noticed....?

yep it definatly was a prety good movie, just a bit of a let down if you're comparing it to the book, and esspecially for me, when they leave out my favorite bits

    HARRY POTTER: Has anybody noticed....?

Have to say, I'm kinda glad in a way they left some things out. That way, those of us who read the books got more out of it, in a way, than those who haven't. Still, I'd have liked to see more of Snape, Marurders and McGonagall...

    HARRY POTTER: Has anybody noticed....?

he' fell thru the veil', which, lets face it, could mean he's living it up in Fiji atm. Got PoA today -- Where Snape (well, Alan Rickman) is pissing himself laughing, i myself was doing much the same. He's so cute when he laughs, but it looks so wrong at the same time...

    accomodation

LOL! well now I'm bringing my TV and DVD player! Thought it may have been a bit much, so got my brother to put a dvd player into my computer to watch DVDs, but if I can bring mine on campus, even better! As for the network, my brother is prolly gonna come down with me, and he's my IT geek...

    accomodation

whats wagga wagga like? as good at Bathurst?
  14. White Rabbit

    credit cards

Westpac has student cards, limit is only $500 though. Mines Commonwealth, pretty high intrest, but for $30 a year, it's 55 days intrest free, so I don't get charged much, usually can pay it all back in time.
  15. White Rabbit

    HARRY POTTER: Has anybody noticed....?

Tom Felton is pretty good, esspecially for someone his age, although he was acting before the rest of the 'students'. The kid that plays Neville possibly had some prior stint, but nothing 'big', and the only other one I can think off the top of my head is Sean Biggerstaff -- Oliver Wood - who...

Prolly leaning more towards JOV, dunno, but I liked the 'around the oval' thing it has going on. stupid reason, but what can you do? Who knows, might end up in self catered! ;)

Anyone stayed in JOV? I've heard good things bout Towers from Bex, but would like to hear bits about JOV too, if anyone has stayed there, what is it like?
  20. White Rabbit

    CSU-Bathurst

LOL, thanks Bex. I'm still tossing up between JOV and Towers, maybe i'll just head back down and have another look. I can't even decide on my degree -- either B Early Childhood Education/B Nursing or B Social Science (Psych)/B of Teaching (Primary Education) -- do you reckon either cut off...
