I generally don't remember many quotes. Depends on what it is on, I usually just explain and use an example without quoting it directly. If you can remeber quotes and add them in when relevant, all the better :)

I didn't do any for trials, but I'm gonna do as much as possible before the HSC. Starting from however long it takes me to strict conditions the closer it come to HSC.

As far as I know you woudn't lose marks. As long as you know enough. Just make sure you 'show, not tell' and use all the senses.
